Why do people hire Public Adjusters?

Insurance adjusters' fiduciary responsibility is to the insurance company they work for. A Public Adjuster's fiduciary responsibility is to you, the policy holder.
When you hire a Public Adjuster, you have someone in your corner helping you navigate the insurance claim process, making sure you receive the maximum compensation you are entitled to under to your policy.

How is it possible to get more for my claim?

The payment you receive depends on the estimated value of your damages. Insurance adjusters often estimate for the minimum repairs possible.
Public Adjusters estimate for the Replacement Cost Value of the entire scope of your damages. We then negotiate on your behalf to bridge the gap between their estimate and our estimate as much as possible.

How do Public Adjusters get paid?

Public Adjusters work on a contingent fee basis. Meaning we get compensated at the end of the claim process and only in proportion to the results we actually deliver. If we can't get you a payment, you don't pay us at all.

Is it too late to file my claim?

In Florida, you have one year from the date of loss to file a claim for a loss that came as a result from windstorm, fire, or vandalism damages, and 18 months from the date of loss to supplement it.
Flood claims must be filed within 60 days of the flood event.

Can I get more even after I deposited my insurance claim payment?

Yes! In the vast majority of cases, depositing your insurance payment does not mean your claim is closed and cannot be reopened.
You can hire representation to supplement your claim for 18 months from the date of loss.

I want to file a claim, but I don't have the money for my deductible.

Many people believe their deductible has to be paid upfront to their insurance company when they file a claim. That is a misconception.
The deductible in a property insurance claim is subtracted from the total amount of the estimated damages, and your payment is the net amount leftover.
For example if the gross amount of your loss is $50,000 and your deductible is $5,000, your payment should be $45,000.
Not having your deductible budgeted into your savings is not a reason not to file a claim.

My insurance company said my damages did not meet my deductible. Can you help?

Under deductible means your insurance company admitted liability for your damages. However, the value they estimated is very low.
You may actually qualify for substantially more than they initially estimated.
By hiring a Public Adjuster, you can get a second opinion on the value of your damages, and we will make sure you receive the full amount your damages are worth.
